Once we've agreed availability according to date, venue & location, number of guests etc you can then secure the booking by paying a 25% non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance needs to be paid no later than 30 days before the event.

Prices start at £500. Please contact me for a quote.

Gigi, being an "old lady", travels slowly so we generally limit events to within a 20 mile radius from her home in NN13, Brackley, Northamptonshire.

If your event or shoot is further afield, please contact us to discuss options.

We may be able to organise a trailer to get her to you...or you might want to consider if Fifi is better suited to your event.

Gigi is approximately the same size as a transit van, weighs 3 tonnes and does not have power assisted steering - she is tall and wide and so needs room to manoeuvre.

Any drive or track that she is expected to use must be sufficiently wide (at least 8'3" or 2.5 metres) and free of potholes or other impeding or potentially damaging obstructions.

She needs a minimum height clearance of 8'8" or 2.7 metres (consider bridges, trees etc.) and a 4 x 4 metre, solid, level base to operate from that can take 3 tonnes in weight.

Make sure that you have permission from your venue for Gigi to attend. And as Gigi is a private hire vehicle, we do not have a street licence, so please make sure you make arrangements with your venue for the ice cream van to be parked on private land, that does not block a pedestrian right of way, endanger your guests or block a road.

Also, please bear in mind that we serve ice cream from a window on the passenger side of the vehicle.

Our delicious handmade dairy ice cream and sorbet is produced by the award-winning Saffron Ice Cream Company.

Special requests for ice cream or sorbet flavours are subject to availability but you can be 100% confident that all of our flavours are "certified delicious" - so we will bring sufficient variety to ensure all your guests leave delighted!

Gigi will always have on board: 5 vegan options, numerous gluten free offerings (including gluten free cones) and we don't carry any ice creams or sorbets with nuts. Dairy-free, egg-free, soya-free options - we have those too.

Yes! Gigi can store up to 1000 scoops - more than enough for your guests!

Gigi doesn't require any power to serve up the ice cream - so there's no air or noise pollution at your event. And the only scent you'll enjoy is fragrant, delicious ice cream!

Well, she's pink but we do take sustainability seriously.
